Cancellation Policy At Himalaya Alpine, all our expeditions and programs are carefully planned in advance, involving logistics, permits, guides, and safety arrangements in remote mountain environments. For this reason, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. 1. Booking & Confirmation A trip is confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable deposit. This secures your spot, guides, and all logistical preparations. 2. Cancellation by Client If you choose to cancel your trip, the following charges apply: More than 45 days before departure: 0% of total trip cost 30–45 days before departure: 20% of total trip cost 15–30 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost (no refund) No exceptions will be made for personal reasons, including illness, travel delays, or change of plans. 3. No Show / Unused Services Failure to join the trip or leaving early will result in no refunds for unused services. 4. Cancellation Due to Natural Factors All trips operate in high-altitude, unpredictable environments. Situations such as: Severe weather conditions Avalanches or snow instability Natural disasters Government restrictions are beyond our control. In such cases: No refunds will be issued Alternative plans or dates may be offered at our discretion 5.
